An Open Letter to You
Hi. I´m Lauren Vander Molen, an agent with Home Realty in Pella, Iowa. I have been a REALTOR for seven years helping people buy and sell real estate. I have recently completed a course on "Short Sales" and have been certified as a Short Sale Professional (CSP)and have achieved the new National Association of Realtors designation for Shortsale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR). These courses have added a new diminution for me to help those that have found themselves in a situation they never thought they would find themselves. Most times this is because of circumstances beyond their control.
